Subprocessor List
Below are the entities (subprocessors) that AwesomeWorks entrusts with processing personal data to provide the odbiera.ai service. This list forms part of the data processing agreement (DPA) concluded with Clients.
We have an agreement with each entity ensuring an adequate level of data protection and — for transfers outside the European Economic Area — Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). Processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

2.Data residency summary
- odbiera.ai server and database: Germany — Nuremberg (EU), with Hetzner.
- Telephony (Telnyx): Germany (EU).
- Voice platform and recordings (ElevenLabs): with data residency.
- AI models and transcription (OpenAI) and SMS (Twilio): USA — under SCC and DPAs.
3.Supporting infrastructure
To build and deliver the software we also use supporting services (e.g. a code and container-image repository and a management network). As a rule these do not process contacting persons' personal data during normal operation of the Service; if that changes, they will be added to an updated version of this list.
4.Changes to the subprocessor list
We will inform Clients of any planned addition or change of a subprocessor before entrusting their data, allowing a reasoned objection on the terms set out in the DPA. The current version and its effective date are published on the Landing. Questions: hello@awesomeworks.ai.
